It is purely a Proprietorship Firm having its Corporate Office at FF-22, Darshanam Highview, Near Sayaji Township, Beside New Water Tank, New Karelibaug, Sayajipura, Vadodara – 390019, Gujarat (India) and its business registration was awarded by the District Industrial Centre, Vadodara, Gujarat vide Entrepreneurs Memorandum Number (MDN) EM2 24 019 21 008296.
BCE carries a Udyog Aadhaar Registration Certificate bearing Udyog Aadhaar number – GJ24D0045170 with the Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, Govt. of India

Bithika Consulting Engineers is a Proprietorship firm which is run by Mr. S K Dey who acts as a mentor for and on behalf of the firm and is having more than 32 years experience in the field of wide-ranging civil projects in India and abroad such as Highways/Roads (construction & maintenance), Canal (CC lining & hydraulic structures), CC & RCC works (foundation, structures & cross drainages), residential, toll plaza construction etc. Besides, the mentor has monitored the projects like fee plaza operation and organized safety related curriculums. He has also worked with many renowned companies under legendary clients and consultants in different kinds of projects. During the tenure of long 32+ years’ journey of his service career with his profound hard working, sincerity and punctuality to duties he has been able to promote himself from supervisory level to key position of company. He has monitored and handled a number of valued projects by maintaining healthy relationship with the key officials of organizations, clients, consultants and Independent Engineers of the Project.
